Beyond Safaris Initiatives

We empower communities through Tree Planting, proper waste management and decent employment. Uganda being our area of operation, her cities, rural areas and people impact our safari business as these provide real life experiences for breathtaking adventures and fun.

However, these places also represent challenges such as prolonged droughts due to climate change, poor garbage disposal and high unemployment amongst youth. Therefore, through Beyond Safaris Initiatives, we use part of our proceeds and donations to conduct the following activities with local communities:

  1. 1

Popularizing Environment Protection in schools with focus “NO PLASTICS ON THE FLOOR”. We conduct school outreaches to guide young people on proper waste disposal, especially plastics and decomposing waste.

  2. 2

Run Tree Planting Campaigns with community development organizations and contribute to climate change mitigation.

  3. 3

Decent Employment by creating job opportunities for young people who are passionate about tourism, especially in Tour Guiding, Driving and Hospitality services.
